Approach
I believe that everyone has the ability to change if they’re willing to make the effort. It’s not always easy, but it’s possible! I think of my role in someone’s life as a guide, creating a space of nonjudgmentalness and curiosity that allows people the safety to explore their truth and shift their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to more closely align with what they want and need.
At my core, I’m anti-hierarchical. I come with my own experience and education, you come with yours as well. I don’t tell people what to do, but instead I ask questions, offer perspective, help people gain clarity and expand their thinking.
I blend numerous modalities to support people on emotional, cognitive, and somatic levels. I’m EMDR-trained as well.
